Young Writers Program is a 10 week program for aspiring writers in grades 4-6. Children will work with published author Erin Petti to learn about and create their own books. Registration is mandatory and fills up fast! Registration opens September 6th at 9 AM. Registrations are through the website calendar ONLY. We are unable to accept phone calls or emails for registration. 

• This is a 10 week commitment including 1 off week at the end and 1 final family and friends showcase in November
• Young Writers Program runs on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm, beginning on September 13th
• There is no Young Writers Program on November 8th
• There is a friends and family showcase on November 15th
• If your child was in the spring 2023 program, they are not eligible for this session
• All caregivers are required to stay IN the library for duration of the hour and a half class
• One caregiver per child is required to participate in a fifteen minute information session at the start of the first week
